Legal basis and purpose of data processing

Job application processing

Personal information might be including personal information contained in an application form, cover letter, CV or a resume, name, email address, address, phone/mobile number, country, region, title, occupation, employment history, transcripts, references, date of birth, place of birth, education history, university affiliation, industry, are processed by us on the basis of your consents to (Article 6 (1a), to fulfil the (pre-) contractual obligations (Article 6 (1b) GDPR) and on legal requirements basis (Article 6 (1c) GDPR).

We process above data to access your application based on your qualification, experience, reference checks, employment checks, letting you know of any future potential roles that matches your profile and could of interest to you, to communicate with you about any recruitment events and career opportunity programs and using information based on your feedback to improve our recruitment and onboarding processes.

Based on a successful application, an employee personal file will be created with your personal information to execute and terminate employment relationship. This personal employee file will be deleted according to regulations. In case of an unsuccessful application, your personal information will be processed for up to 6 months after rejection notification according to the applicable regulations. Initially your personal information can be used by direct recruiting team involved in hiring processes but if required other team member involved in recruiting and accounting processes can also process your personal information.

Business relationship

Personal information might be including your name, email address, telephone/mobile number, title, company, company’s address/country, industry, reason to contact covolv.ai, products/services you are interested in, description of your project/business requirement, are processed by us on the basis of your consents to (Article 6 (1a) and to serve the purpose of covolv.ai’s legitimate interests (Article 6 (1f) GDPR).

Certain information will be collected by automated means like web server logs when you visit our website to maintain a history of your visits to our website. In case, an inquiry is sent to us by you on the social media platform, other secure communications channels that guarantee confidentiality can be referred by us, depending on the required answer.
